Portfolio: Publications
Publications are reverse-time ordered, i.e. starting with the most recent first:
Application Development using Modeling and Dynamical Systems Analysis: this paper focusses on collecting data from simulated environments and integrating with a dynamical systems analysis to aid in determining if applications are functioning within their defined parameters. This paper was submitted and accepted by the CAMS09 Workshop, which was co-located with COMSWARE 2009
Dynamical Systems Theory Applied to Autonomics: this was a poster presentation at the 2008 CASCON conference. The poster outlines how Dynamical Systems Theory can aid in controlling and analysing autonomic systems.
A first approach to the closed-form specification and analysis of an autonomic control system: this paper outlines an approach to dealing with autonomic control systems via dynamical systems analysis; it was the initial proposal that has become my PhD research. This paper was submitted and accepted by the 2007 ICECCS conference.
Semantics of Autonomic Software Systems: this was my first publication, a poster at the 2006 Dublin CAS conference held by IBM. The poster outlines issues confronted when dealing with autonomic control systems and what was the initial target market: the automotive sector.
